Refund policy
For unopened packaged goods: We accept returns of unopened, unused packaged food products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at store@frutayum.com. Once we receive and inspect the return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days as long as the item is unopened and unused.
For perishables: Perishable products are not eligible for return. If your items arrived and they have spoiled, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Photos will be required of the front and back of packaging. Once we review the email and photos, we will contact you with replacement, refund, or store credit options.
